How do I connect my mobile device to my ResMed device?

What you need: ResMed CPAP machine (AirSense 10 or 11), smartphone/tablet, myAir app.

1. Download the app โ€” Go to App Store or Google Play, search for myAir by ResMed, install it.

2. Create your account โ€” Open the app, enter email and password. Use the same email you gave your sleep provider (important for syncing).

3. Connect your device โ€” For newer machines (AirSense 11): automatic via cellular, no Wi-Fi needed. For older machines (AirSense 10): built-in cellular modem. Make sure device has signal bars and airplane mode is OFF.

4. Start therapy โ€” Use your CPAP normally at night. Open the app the next day to see usage hours, mask seal, events, and score.

5. If it's not connecting โ€” Confirm machine supports myAir, check cellular signal, make sure airplane mode is OFF, wait 24 hours, call your DME provider.

Important note: You don't "pair" it like Bluetooth โ€” the connection is automatic through ResMed's system.
